Time has been getting away from me again... still. :-S
I've been busy with work and doctors. I get home from those things and have dinner and suddenly the evening news is on and it's time for bed again! Wow.Well my hands are feeling a bit better than they were. I've been looking at my x-rays the doctor took and a lot of things make more sense to me. For instance, it's tough to sit or stand or walk for any extended period of time and I always thought it was just because I'm lazy. Turns out that the twisting/curving of my spine is causing some of the trouble.
My regular doctor says there's nothing they can do about it and that all I can do is try not to aggravate it with being overweight or lifting too much.
I didn't like that answer too much (other than that I do agree about staying in shape so as not to aggravate). So I've been seeing a chiropractor. He's the one who's been able to help relieve the pain in my hands and fingers.
I really want to feel good enough to sit, stand or exercise so I hope this guy can help me find a way. At least he's trying. I'm doing exercises to strengthen my muscles and promote neurological growth... Hopefully that'll help.
This picture makes me laugh. The doctor had me open my mouth as wide as I could and then he took it. So here's my smiling or laughing xray.
I hope all is well with all of you. I am feeling a little bit of the warm fuzziez of the holidays. :)

I hope the chiropractor can do the trick!
YAY for fresh snowfall and Christmas lights, too. Definitely getting in the Christmas mood!
Wow--those x-rays are crazy. So, do you have scholeoisis (or however you spell it)? No wonder your body isn't feeling quite right! I really, truly hope the chiropractor can help you. My family has had good luck with chiropractors, so I'll keep my fingers crossed for you! I, too, am wishing I could be up to exercising right now. I've been too tired and run down lately. I hate wanting to do it and feeling out-of-shape and not being able to. It's a very helpless feeling. Hopefully we can both begin some minor exercise in the near future! Hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving!
Hey Heidi sorry to hear about your back. That is a bummer I hope that whatever you try will help you to feel better. I hope things are going good for you. I miss seeing you guys and hanging out. I hope you had a good Thanksgiving. Take care. Talk to you later.
wow -- I didn't go to medical school but I can tell your back is crooked!
good luck
I know muscle strength will be key to hold that spine in place :)
It was so wonderful to see you.
I want to plan a trip to Utah for April conference.
Enjoy the thrill of retail in the holidays -- ha ha
