WHAT am I doing AWAKE???

What on earth am I doing up at this unChristian hour!!! Well I am messing with this young actor's face. Ha ha ha. I have nothing against him. I just couldn't help myself. He is baby-lishous, but I needed something to do. And so poor Zac got put up on the photoshop experiment table.

I added the background and the little halo, since so many people think he's such a little angel. (I have no idea one way or the other). But then the image was just too 16-year-old-love-dream-ish for me and so I had to take him down a peg or two.

*shaking my head* The things I do to entertain myself instead of sleeping.

So yesterday after all that drama at work and quitting and all that... I got home and found out.... that, HORROR of all HORRORS my dang dog chewed up the heel of my favorite most amazing, most beautiful, most wonderful, new-ish shoes!


I guess he missed me. Grrr!!! That's what he does when he gets lonely. Sigh... it was no use getting mad at him. He's so cute. I guess my parents punished him when they got home and found him with it anyway. Dumb dog.

And...I quit.

So it turns out that retail in the middle of the big city was too much for me. I quit. :(

I don't wanna talk more about it.

Happy News!

Happy happy news! I have finally found a job! I am working in the Gateway Mall at Forever 21. You should come and check out the clothes. They are unbelievably cute and even better is that they are really affordable! I start tomorrow.

Miss Manners

Miss Manners would like your suggestions on teaching children not to whine. Not being a mother herself, miss manners is at a loss as to how to communicate to her young nephews that whining is like fingernails on a chalk board. Daaaah!!!


In other news... the nasty spiders of all sizes and kinds have been taking over my basement. So I put out spider poison the other day. Well I guess it's working because I walked into my kitchen one morning and this is what I found.

I can't say that I don't feel bad. I'm such a wimp. But he did ask for it. ...crawling around like he owned the place. So because I did feel bad, I at least photoshoped his picture to make him look cool in death. Now he's in the garbage can looking cool in death. :)

Ha ha... And how could I possibly leave out this cute little picture of my fuzz ball. He was so curious and concerned about what was going on with the camera.

Happy Birthday to Bryce!

A very happy birthday to my darling little Bryce. I can't believe he is 5 already!!!

Foolishly, I forgot my camera so I don't have any pictures of us up at his party. Elisa, your house is looking amazing! I am so impressed with you!

I think the toy I got for Bryce was a hit. All the boys were playing with it quite intensely. It was a Cars movie thing where you get Lightning McQueen to tip some tractors and then he flies off this launch pad into the air. Yay! I did a good job! lol. I think he really liked all his other presents too.

I'm still job hunting. I may have found some freelance work tonight. Oh that would be so great! I'll keep you all updated.
