It's so fun to get to know my family. Both of them died before I could really get to know them.
I am entertained to see where some of the habits of my Grandma must've come from and where some of her sayings came from when I read the stories. Vyla was quite the character from all that I can tell. No wonder I ended up with such a neat grandmother. :) She was also talking about how cold she always was, I think Granny is cold quite often. Fun fun.
Also, don't tell my dad, because he hates the spotlight, but I think he has similar physical characteristics to my Great grandfather Ira. It will be interesting to see how he looks as he continues to age. Dear old daddy. :) I don't think he reads my blog, so no one tell him okay!
In other news, I had one more call for an interview this week with Reagan Advertising. They do the billboards along the highway and such.
Still feeling a little strange in this transition from school.

Sounds like lots of fun. I love reading and finding things out about my great grandparents. I hope you are able to find a job soon. Then transition thing would be really strange I agree. Talk to you later. Give me a call when you have time and we will plan a get together.
I agree learning about them is amazing! It gives you a little glimpse into what life was like back then. And it is betterthan reading a book because it is people you want to know but never had the chance... I find myself constantly imagining almost like I am there when I read these histories
